Nearly 90,000 people in the U.S. are diagnosed with PD each year and more than 10 million people worldwise are living with PD. If you or a family member have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, please reach out to the provider of the programs listed below.

Coach Allison is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Rock Steady Boxing, and the Yoga Alliance. All ages are welcome, please contact us with any questions or to observe a class - you don't have to fight this alone. Table Tennis for Parkinson's

Healthy Eau Claire's Ping Pong program brings active health benefits and is a great way to stimulate the brain and promote quick thinking, while improving dexterity and hand-eye coordination. While sustaining your fitness and flexibility, it improves reflexes and is a great way to develop core strength and balance while having fun in a friendly supportive environment. This program incorporates multiple activities and warmups, stretching, and fun ball related routines to ensure a great workout prior to table play. Run by Andrew Pougher, who coaches and uses data analysis to track progress, making this a valuable program for PD as ping pong has shown to combat the symptoms of Parkinson's. A great extension to your health treatment and well-being. For more information, contact Andrew at apougher@gmail.com or 715-491-3397.
